If you are a DVC owner does the additional $25. per each extra adult over 2 per villa apply?

If you are staying on cash through CRO, then yes, it would apply. If you are staying on member points, then no, it does not apply.

There are no charges for additional guests when you are a DVC member using points, as ChuckS said. However each room type does have a maximum occupancy limit.
