We were just talking you up to a couple yesterday - we couldn't be happier with our Owner's Locker.

Just trying to get a clearer picture in my head. We are soon to DVC members and have been reading up on the Owners Locker and hope to get one during our first trip. I understand you sign up and give your check in date and they deliver it to your resort. My question is do they deliver the box towards the end of the stay to pack up? Or is it there your first day? Also, will the bell hop bring it to your room if you ask? I imagine once it's full it will be quite heavy. Lol. Are the Disney resorts very familiar with these and know what to do when you check out.
If anyone can give me a step by step I would appreciate it.

It will be delivered to Bell Services on your check in day and picked up from Bell Services on after you check out. Bell Services and the resorts are very familiar with John and the Owner Locker Service, they are an approved business partner of Disney's.

I wish that everything in life was this easy.

If you have ordered the locker prior to your arrival you should access your "dashboard" on the Owner's Locker site to provide your arrival date. The empty locker will be waiting for you at Bell Services. If you order the locker while onsite, it will be delivered to your resort at the next delivery if you want it then. Yes, Bell Services will be happy to deliver it to your villa.

When you check out, you can just arrange to have Bell Services pick it up from your villa and it will be stored with them until OL makes their pick-up that day.

Your arrival and departure dates are easy to schedule using the OL site and you can easily make changes as needed - including changing delivery and departure dates. They typically deliver lockers early in the AM and make a pick-up each afternoon/evening depending on the schedule. They also provide strollers (www.MagicStrollers.com) with the same delivery system and are a preferred Disney provider (one of three) for that service too.

The Disney resorts are very familiar with Owner's Locker and their service. A number of cast members are a part of the delivery team too. Owner's Locker is extremely responsive to questions and the needs of each OL member. Be sure to sign up via the DVC Member's site to get the DVC Member discount for the service.
