I'm getting tired of "Dana".

I like the Russian father/son, they're both good actors...Jurgen Prochnow is incredible as is the guy playing his surviving son.

I actually stopped watching last week, I dunno...kind of becoming a little too formulaic kwim?

Thought last nights episode was great! So glad the Dana story is over, well most of it anyway. And why does the guy that runs CTU walk like the hunchback? I wish he would just stand up straight already!

Yeah, last night's episode was good. SO glad that the obvious Dana storyline has run its course...now it will get interesting.

And I just knew from the get-go that that aide was 'slimy', Aliison Walker can sure pick 'em, can't she? First her DD and now this guy... Oooo, but it's starting to look like Hunchback has the makings of a good Director though. Anybody else catch that he was watching the lawyer interview/interrogate Renee? I thought that lawyer wanted to do it without anyone else present (even though she also wanted the session taped for her protection)?

It's funny, I've only seen him play a bad guy. He played heavy roles on Heroes and Alias.

If it's remotely believable that an ex-convict can assume a false identity and be hired into an important job at what is supposed to be a top secret, top flight government intelligence/paramilitary/law enforcement agency, then it is also believable that said individual is actually a terrorist spy. In some ways, the fact that we know she's a spy actually makes the first bit a little more believable.

I'm just glad that Stephen Root's character was finally put out of his stapler-loving misery. The subplot was just ridiculously stupid. Now that we know for sure that Dana is bad, the story can move on (such as it is).

Loved that Chloe saved the day (or hour) last night! When she pulled the gun on that man was probably one of my favorite 24 moments ever!

I didn't believe for a minute that he was a parole officer?!?...I thought he was some no-count relative of Ricky's who was going to blackmail Dana. And just HOW in the world is she an accomplice to murder as a juvenile who somehow ends up at CTU... that whole timeline just didn't make sense to me. I would understand if she were just a bad guy/mole, but she's supposed to have been in the justice system as a juvenile and then she gets 'turned' by the anti-President Hassan forces?

The only thing I don't get is that Jack and team had automatic weapons and couldn't hit anything, but Renee only needs two shots to take out two of the bad guys????

Agreed about Chloe. Reminds of that time back in Season 1 or 2 when she pulls a Rambo with an automatic weapon.

Chloe was so great and Renee too! I was so glad they finally let Chloe get mad! And Renee showing up and taking out the bad guys was great!!! So sad the show is going to be over soon!!

Hey, does anyone recognize the actors they showed in the "next on "24" promo? My DD says that one of them was a (no-good) VP from a previous season...

LOVED tonight's episode! Am just waiting for Dana's sorry butt to get caught and I think Chloe is just the one to take her down. (Though Arlo would be a nice touch...)

Yeah, the news about this being the last season is very sad. We haven't always watched it every season, but I'll miss having a sure-fire adrenaline rush on Monday nights, plus KNOWING that every single week there would be a fresh episode with no repeats is the way I like to follow a show.

Oh, man! When my husband saw Jack make his move on Renee, he said she was a goner. Being Jack's love interest is a death sentence! It's like marrying Little Joe on Bonanza!

My DD is REALLY upset that they killed off Renee and I am too...we both wish that the writers would have let Jack have some happiness here at the end of the series kwim? And yeah, Jack's the black-widow of this series, like most of Carter's love interests on Stargate SG-1 & Little Joe's romances(very funny reference, btw).
"24" these days kind of reminds me a *lot* of what "NYPD Blue" did to Andy Sipowicz's character on that show, especially when Andy became the big star... It became the "What disaster can we put this character through THIS week?!?" show... First partner dies of strange disease in hospital? Check. Second partner killed by gangsters? Check. Second wife killed in Shoot-out and dies in his arms? Check. Oldest son killed in robbery? Check. Third wife unable to have kids? Check. Third wife's sister dies... And on and on.
