Pembo, I don't know how they would know for sure. I sure wouldn't want to be the one that has to figure all that out. The timing, location, witnesses, which character was where, who was in it.

I have movies of Tigger "bouncing" Kate...and I have got to tell ya, I'm hesitating to look at them. LOL LOL

Her giggles were a delight to hear but dang, I wonder how many other people are going though their photo albums and videos these days and wondering if the Tigger in THEIR pictures isn't THAT guy?

I was thinking the same thing. The last time I was at the MK was Sept. 2002 and I have a picture of Tigger with my DS from Toon Town, the only thing I remembered about our Tigger was that he took DS hat off and put it on his ears then hugged/squeezed him. I hope it wasn't the same Tigger.

Ever heard of everyone jumping on the band wagon.... Come on people we are talking about a lawsuit which = money. Keep that in mind. Just like anything else when money is involved people will come out of the woodwork.
If this guy is guilty then he should be punished but if he has been wrongly accused and is innocent give him a chance to prove himself!

I have to agree with tmq.. we have heard a bunch of charges..and if they are true the guy deserves to be screwed to the wall. He is, however, innocent untill proven guilty...

That costume is so dang big and thick that even if they tried to cop a feel they wouldn't even feel it through all that cotton. I had a friend who was tigger and he said it was so difficult to walk and easy to knock people down and not even feel it. Some people are uptight .

Alex, the man admitted to the crime so far AND he had photos that are now in the hands of the police.

I'm not fond of these bandwagons either, but when the guilty admit to it, that's enough for me.

I don't think anyone who'd do this is doing it to actually GET a feel. It's more likely the cheap thrill of knowing that you had the ability to touch a ****ie than anything. If you're a teenager doing it, it's one thing, but a grown man doing this?

I'm glad the man had the courage to admit that he'd been doing this to other people. I hope he gets some sensitivity training or something. LOL Not sure what they do with gropers these days.

He did not admit to anything you are assuming he admitted to something because he was arrested. People are wrongly accused everyday. Hello I don't think he is going to have his picture taken with his hand deliberately on someones breast! If his hand is near someones chest I do not believe it would be intentional, especially if someone is taking their picture.
Again those costumes are huge and bulky. While at 1900 Park, Tigger came bouncing in and knocked a little one right over and had no clue what he had done. HE COULDN'T FEEL IT!!!!!

tmq, sadly yes, the man DID admit to doing this AND he admitted to having a friend take photos while he did it with other people.

On the right hand side is an incident report AND a charging affidavit. The charging affidavit has the information I'm talking about.

I haven't seen any news articles about a confession either.

well.. I am reading that quite a bit differently than you. He didn't confess to anything except to say he might have inadvertantly touched someone and it just says he HAS pictures, it doesn't say what they showed or what they are of. I don't see anything that says that they showed him touching someone inappropriately.
Please don't get me wrong, if it turns out he is guilty I will be the first one to stand in line to lock his jail cell. I just believe people are innocent untill proven guilty.

And I'm sure that's how his lawyers will read it too. LOL

Don't get me wrong either, I don't know if the guy should be locked in a jail cell. I also don't feel paranoia about the characters and I hope people see that the police are handling this case well. I'm guessing Disney isn't happy about all this, but crime, big and small happens everywhere. Disney isn't immune to that.

They don't. They just reported on the local news that some of the complaints that are coming in are prior to when Chartrand worked for WDW. I just think it's odd that so far the only complaints coming in are about Tigger. Could some of it have to do with how Tigger is supposed to come across. I mean Tigger is hyper and bounce's around and can't keep still.......some could see this kind of behavior as wrong...even though that is what Tigger is trained to do. I am not defending anyone....I just think it's odd thats it all about Tigger.
