24 hour days

How often do they do these? Are there set days every year that they do them?

I believe they've done them the past 3 or so years once a year, near Memorial Day to start off the summer.

It started in 2012 with leap year day (February 29). 2013, 2014, 2015 was Friday of Memorial Day weekend. So the question is what will they do in 2016 - a leap year. Go back to February 29 or still do Memorial Day weekend. Or both...

I remembered the leap year one, and that they did one near Memorial Day last year too. I was hoping they had two or three every year so I had increased chances of hitting one at some point.

fingers crossed for a 24hr day on Feb 29, 2016 ... planning a trip to disneyland for the 60th anniversary year and plan to go at the end of february just in case
