Me no. DD used it to pay for her tea with some friends and they asked for ID. She only had her room card but since they matched, they let it go. Probably because she was a kid.

During my most recent trip earlier this month, I was asked for Photo ID almost everywhere I used it. Usually, I just charge to my room key and never get asked. This time I was charging to my Discover (to get the 5% cash back for restaurants promotion). Card was in my name, but still needed photo ID.
