I will give you a bit of advice my DH gave to me when I was planning the wedding and spending insane amounts of money.
He said that you don't need all the bells and whistles. The fact that the wedding is in Disney is unique enough and people will love it. You can't beat the different locations Disney offers and Disney goes into so much detail with their locations (well most of them anyway) that no matter what, people will view it as a unique wedding. This is the speech he gave me when I wanted strands of crystals all over. I still got most of my crystals.
Tamu Tamu and even the WP have so much going on with their decor that little inexpensive touches here and there will make it look impressive enough.
I think that if you have to cut out the linens, black standard linens with the rust colored napkins and the lanterns would still look great.
With you cake, can you make it a two tier? We had 34 people and had a ton of cake left over with just the one layer (we took the top layer to our room).
