I wanted to add the dog I recently helped rescue at the pizza hut we thought he was going to be wild. I had my friend all prepared to clean out her garage, major anti anxiety meds. for the dog not her, professional trainers. She was prepared for the worst possible outcome. Low and behold after getting the OK from the vet, we picked her up a totally mellow dog. No issues at all, can you believe it! The first week my friend's husband had the front door open and we screamed shut the door Widge will run away, Widge just stood there did not budge. Please give this dog a chance. Try and call some rescues for help ,advice, they might have a trap you can use. Where there is a will there is a way. Like a previous poster said try and get the neighbors involved. And do not assume you won't be able to find her a home. Please update, and again you think you can't trap her but ask some people for help/advice in your area who have done this before. Animal lovers IMOP are some of the kindest people who will go out of their way to try in help in a situation like yours.
Also, she is a tiny dog they are sooo easy to find forever homes for. I looked at your profile to see if you were in my state. Gosh 10lbs. You have to trap her you will be so glad you did, I will be thinking of you and that pup.
