Not sure if you've considered it, but I'll tell you what I'm doing for my wedding as far as chair sashes go. I was going to alternate between the teal and purple for each chair but I was worried it would be too busy. So instead, I'm alternating by table. So one will be all purple sashes, and the next teal, etc. I think either way it would look nice with your colors though, honestly!

And I'm throwing in my vote for option A on the cake!

Sounds like a great list of things to keep in mind. I totally agree with you on the unassigned tables, my friend's wedding was like that and it was just really confusing.

I vote for trying the GF, we LOVED AKL until we stayed at the GF, and that is our new favorite. We still do love AKL, but being on the monorail is great and at the GF was the first time I've stayed at a Disney resort and really wanted to spend more time at the resort than the parks!

Haha, that's awesome that you and your DH are making a "do not play" list for your DJ! My DF and I already started our own too. I respect that most people enjoy dancing to YMCA, Celebration, and Electric Slide... but c'mon! Mix it up, people! Lol. So I think you're being quite smart about that!

I mentally noted all of the other things you mentioned too. By the time my wedding gets here, that will be the first wedding I've been to/in in the last seven years! So it's good to have some fresh wedding "do nots" listed.

I would go ahead and JUST GET IT!!!! My wedding is Dec 2010 so just a little before yours and I already ordered my dress bc it takes 6 months to come in The save-the-date idea is super cute- your guests will love it! I totally understand the phone thing. I had to do breathing exercises and try to lower my heart rate before calling DFTW. I really hate phones!

I'm just like you and Becky! It's so hard for me to get on the phone and call people. If I can manage contact via email or in person, I'm happy with that! It's a silly thing to most people, but it really sucks.
