I stopped in to a gas station/convenience store tonight. While paying I was chatting with the cashier. He told me that the price of gas was going up $0.22 on Sunday! That will put gas here up to $2.75/gallon. I paid $2.36 on Wednesday. This is insane!

Our gas went up 18 cents in the last 10 days and i am sure it will go up again today

It was $3.07 in Laguna Beach today. I'm not saying I'm happy about it but gas in the U.S. is cheap compared to most places!! We paid $8.00/gallon in the U.K. when we were there in May/June. Besides, look how expensive water/soda/beer etc.is $2.50 for a liter of water many places..... Yikes!!
