21st B'Day at Le Cellier

DS's girlfriend is turning 21 next Thursday and we have ADR's at Le Cellier. We'd like to have a little celebration. How do we go about setting up? Do we call WDW Dining? Or Le Cellier direct? If direct, what's the number? Any advice would be appreciated.

You may also let the Cast Member know when you check in for your reservation that you are celebrating a birthday - and they will give a free dessert and decorate your table.
