I think about a year or more ago (maybe 2), there was a book discussion thread on here. I think it went well for awhile but I did not participate because they were generally reading books that I had read several years before and couldn't remember (and didn't want to read again!!). I would like a book club/discussion because when I read a really good book I LOVE to talk about it and, like you, have no one. But I must admit, I'm really not interested in the classics. I don't like "fluff" either like Patterson, Grisham, etc. So where does that leave me?

I would be interested I cannot get one around where i live because either people insist on talking about Twilight (yeech) or just don't read the book.

I'd be game, although I've got about 6 books from Christmas still to be read. I read Persuasion in law school and although I never thought I'd be a Jane Austen fan, it made me into one. Good choice!
