I also met Laura on the AI thread. I hope her spunkiness she has had for her fav Idol carries on towards her recovery. A positive attitude goes a LONG WAY to recovery!!!

Laura is a tough but tender girl. She missed almost her whole 8th grade year of school when West Nile Virus kicked her butt and put her in the hospital for 51 days. She kicked right back and learned how to walk again. I'm sure some of the long time posters remember when we were going through that.

She's also had rejection before but this one is a little different. I have an e-mail into her doctor but haven't heard from him yet. They have her on high dose Prednisone (66 mg. a day) for three days and then we repeat the biopsy in a month.
