I have lost 21 pounds so far - I have a LONG way to go to get to my goal, but I am just so happy.
I haven't been following a definite diet, just avoiding carbs. I consume about 20-30 carbs per day and I have been doing a work out video every day.
It's working!

Bet you already see a HUGE difference in your clothes! 


I also do a Pilates take 2 times a week. I have to admit - Pilates may be awesome for your body, but it is H-E-L-L!!!!!
