21 pounds lost....

I have lost 21 pounds so far - I have a LONG way to go to get to my goal, but I am just so happy.

I haven't been following a definite diet, just avoiding carbs. I consume about 20-30 carbs per day and I have been doing a work out video every day.

I feel amazing! I can't even tell you. This is the first diet that I have really sticked to and followed and I am really seeing the results.

I am so happy to be able to go up in the attic and start taking my smaller clothes back down. I plan on giving my "fat" clothes to good will - I have no intention to ever fit into them again!!!!! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:
 
That's great news. How long have you been doing your diet? Keep up the good work!
 
I started on Tuesday June 14, so it has taken me a little more than a month to lose 20 pounds.

Great that you are able to keep control of those carbs. It is hard at first, but then it just feels normal to only take in 20-30 a day!
 
thats super! I have to say though according to that pic, it doesnt look like you have too much more to lose. Also, one word of advise................
once you have gotten out your "small" clothes, get rid of you BIG clothes.
As much as it pained me to get rid of clothes. My clothes now have become a measuring tool. IF you have no big clothes then you can;t wear them.

That pic was taken in 2003! I have since had a baby where I gained 50 pounds and only lost 30. I am just back to my pre-pregnancy weight, so I have a little more to go! Thanks for the support!

I am using Leslie Sansone's "Walk away the pounds" it is a great video and I figure it will help me get ready for all that walking in Disney ;) I also do a Pilates take 2 times a week. I have to admit - Pilates may be awesome for your body, but it is H-E-L-L!!!!!
