20th wedding anniversary

I would like to know if anyone could tell me of a very nice hotel on Disney property to stay at next October. I know i am jumping the gun here but i want to start to put a few things together as a surprise for my wife. I would like some place very nice and worth the trip.
I hear a lot about concierge rooms and there special benefits..are they worth it??
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What a great DH you are ! I love all the hotels, but for my 20th, I want to stay at the Poly - MK view. I've never stayed concierge, but I've read here that it's great if you're actually spending time at the resort. If you're doing the parks every day from morning 'til night while you're there, probably not worth the extra $. But there are other benefits to concierge with respect to planning, ressies, etc.

I agree... Polynesian, Concierge... perfect way to celebrate.. I would also say to rent Grand One from the Grand Floridian for an hour or 2... A nice bottle of wine, the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom.. what a great evening

If you dont mind me asking a few questions i would love to know what the Grand One is?? Also when i make reservations do i have to request a few of MK??

They have concierge level amenities and a very upscale feel to them. I surprised my wife at our 10 yr anniversary with an Illuminations fireworks cruise, special dinner, etc. i can give you the name of the Private Dining person I worked with if you would like. If you stay elsewhere I am sure she could put you in touch with the correct person at your resort of choice. I would rather PM you the name so she doesn't get swamped with alot of calls.
