I'm really looking forward to this! I keep peeping at the section they've created on DLRP Magic :thumbsup2 and I also read on magicforum (courtesy of Kristof) that Central Plaza is being re-designed and that dreadful stage will be demolished. :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Anyone else looking forward to it too?

I'm looking forward to the Magician Mickey meet and greet. It'll be the first meet and greet to have fastpass.

If it's anything like the WDW version it will be great.

I am most looking forward to the longer opening hours (even in June!!!) and the new lights/ water show at the Castle......can't wait to see what that will be like and am *almost* tempted to not look at anyone's Youtube videos before I go so it won't spoil the surprise.....
....but how likely is that?????:rotfl2:

I'm looking forward to it, but a bit disappointed that it doesn't look like there's going to be any new rides/shows. We'll be going without kids so while the meet and greet improvements are great for most people, for us not so much.

The first time we went was for the 15th anniversary and it felt like there was so much to see, subsequent visits were enhanced by the addition of Crush and TOT, and although we don't ride the attractions, Toy Story Playland is a nice addition.

All the renovations make the park nicer to be in, but you'd have thought at least one new ride would have been on the cards.

I still love going, but the last few years (untill the recent frenzy of facelifts) have reminded me of poor Woody sitting around neglected by Andy in the last TS.

Maybe I'll be proved wrong - I hope so.

I picked up the new brochure and I'm really looking forward to new shows and longer opening hours. We went for the first time in March this year and it definitely felt "between seasons" although we had a fab time all the same. I'm really hoping for some great weather and great atmosphere this time that will hopefully justify the jump in prices!

They have spent a lot of money on rides the past few years with Toy Story Playland & ToT, no park can afford to keep bringing in new rides. The other option they had was to hold back Toy Story Playland but that was probably done when it was due tot the film release. If rumours are to be believed then the Ratatouille dark ride is probably going to be the next ride they build:thumbsup2 Rides take years to R&D which costs money, I can't see there being a new ride till at least 2013

Whilst its great to keep having new rides its not possible financially:sad2:. Having said that i'm looking forward to going for the 20th Anniversary celebrations, it should be celebrated considering many thought it wouldn't last this long due to the amount of debt, the upside is they are weathering the storm at the moment:goodvibes

I am most looking forward to the Meet and Greet for Mickey but also to the Central Plaza redevelopment and show spectacular :goodvibes

Ride wise, we all wish a new attraction was coming no matter what the festival may be. It is just a shame that on their biggest celebration there will be no new ride. Shame but just the way it has worked out. If there will be - it will most likely be Star Tours 2 which has already been ruled out (sadly), Ratatouille which really should start now to open in time for 2013 summer.

But I would love the Little Mermaid dark ride - something new to the main park which will be a great attraction :thumbsup2

Think the concept artwork for the nightime water lights show looks fantastic :thumbsup2
and will be glad to see the back of the stage, looking forward to a clear view up to the castle again. :goodvibes

WOW that art looks amazing! So excited about going next year now. I went for the 15th anniversary but being my first time there then i didnt really know what was going on and just sort of went on the rides really so i didnt get to appreciate the whole festivaties.
This time i definatly am though. Im very excited and looking forward to it, there are new things to go on since i last went (Toystory land) and can never get enough of the other amazing rides, (Crush, RnR, ToT, BTM, POC) so going to be a good holiday no matter what! :)

Belle xx
