I can get through the menu now, but I am getting disconnected rather than put into a queue with the message being they are busy helping other guests and to please try later.

My cabin has been booked, but my agent hasn’t been able to get to the payment screen (Mickey keeps dancing, which means the wheel is spinning). So, I’m on hold while she works with their support team.

Agent picked up! Told me she wasn't doing cruise bookings! Put me back in the queue. 55 minutes and counting.

Only been on one so far. Did the 4 night Wish (Port Canaveral). Sept 2023. Sold Out within a day back in July 2022.

Now I most likely could be so wrong but it appeared they don’t sell out the entire ship. The passenger level felt lower. Was very nice atmosphere.

We did that cruise too. I remember the first thing I noticed was how few kids were in the check-in area. I think we were told somewhere around 250 kids were aboard by the crew. I wonder if this cruise will be similar.

That happened to us. Eventually, the CM got the reservation number but was still seeing an error that there was a abalnce due even though it also said balnce is $0. After a hold, she was told to give us our reservation number since our balance was $0 and that they would solve the problem on their end. Makes me nervous but I have my reservation number and will look for the email later today!

We had to go one category up, from 10A to 9C, so another $200ish, but oh well

ETA: got confirmation email, feel better now

Only experience was all locked in and received a then got call back (was within the hour for me) for all the payment part.

Got off the Destiny Feb.9. Kids Clubs were full! Our server said something like 1400 kids on board. Did the Dream Feb. 9-13 and it had almost as many.
I think a lot of it was last minute bookings by mid-westerners and easterners escaping the snow. That won't be a possibility on this cruise.

I have a cruise/WDW trip in June! A Panama Canal cruise is what I want to do for my 60th.

That's the timer on my phone. I'm still in the queue. They don't give estimated wait times.

Were the 10A sold out or just the one you wanted? DVC website is only showing concierge as sold out.

Called a second before noon got into the queue for another 37 min. Agreed on a room number and have been waiting on their computer system to process that ever since then. 1h18m call length so far.

Panama, Alaska, and WDW as well.

It’s a system wide issue and they are waiting for a decision (such as call everyone back for payment). Everyone is in a holding pattern.

I just told them to call me back for payment. I got tired of waiting on hold.
