HahahahahaAh, yes, back when DCL was desperate to sell a few more Caribbean sailings nobody wanted and they didn't want future Caribbean sailings nobody wanted to cannibalize the present Caribbean sailings nobody wanted![]()
What happened to Galveston year round in 27? I am confused.
They said starting in 2027. I really think that the Wish is heading to Galveston after Europe, but we will see. What happened to Galveston year round in 27? I am confused.

I mean the Fantasy did pretty much only 7 nights until the Treasure came along.I can’t believe that the Treasure will continue to only sail 7 night itineraries through 2027…I guess they must be selling well, but I have to imagine there are a lot of us waiting to complete our collection without doing a full week on a Wish class ship.
A 7 day treasure in june is almost as expensive as a 10 day med cruise at the same time. They are clearly selling well.I can’t believe that the Treasure will continue to only sail 7 night itineraries through 2027…I guess they must be selling well, but I have to imagine there are a lot of us waiting to complete our collection without doing a full week on a Wish class ship.
The Wish leaves the Med 3 days earlier next year than the Dream does this year. And the last Rome cruise looks to be one day earlier than this year (it still leaves on a Wednesday), although it’s only a 10n vs a 12n.Gees they have cut back on the med cruises.
Longest is now 10 night. No 13 night like last year. Finishing the rome season 9 days earlier.
They cut back this year as well and now even cutting further again in 2027.The Wish leaves the Med 3 days earlier next year than the Dream does this year. And the last Rome cruise looks to be one day earlier than this year (it still leaves on a Wednesday), although it’s only a 10n vs a 12n.
There is one less cruise because of the dry dock after the EBTA but overall I would say it looks similar. Instead of a 9/7/12 from Rome they have 8/8/10.
Yeah, I’m not expecting Disney to cater its whole schedule to my family’s preferences and I think it’s good for there to be 7+ day options for those who like them (we loved our week on the Fantasy a couple years back) we just don’t want to do many 7 day sailings (4-5 is our ideal DCL length) and if we are doing a 7 day sailing, I want to be on a ship where our family can do animation magic in Animator’s Palette.I mean the Fantasy did pretty much only 7 nights until the Treasure came along.
The bigger question is will Wish4 be doing shorter sailings out of Fort Lauderdale with the Destiny already doing 3/4 Nights... The port agreement is what? 750,000 guests annually? So it could do 4/5 nights... unsure about 7 nights
Agree so bummed it’s the wishGuess 2027 won’t be the year we finally take some European cruises. Would not spend all that time and money on the Wish.
If you start comparing them to other cruise lines you might feel ripped off. I think you are desensitized to Disney prices. Is it just me, or does it look like Disney is not trying to rip me off with the Wish being new in Europe? Still high, but I was very afraid.
I feel the same. The itineraries are pretty meh.Good for my travel budget: really nothing there that could entice me to book a pricey summer cruise…
