2026 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend

Now that we have a date, I want themes so I'll know if I need to start calculating how many body parts I need to sell to make it work.

I was hoping it might be a week later than this year as the weather might be a bit cooler, but that is still a good week, and before the times change.

I love W&D weekend and being able to hit F&W too makes it perfect. Except that it’s too close to MW and I really can’t justify 2 Disney trips in such a short time. Also I entered the Chicago Marathon lottery and in the unlikely situation that I get in that will be our big fall trip. I never say never for W&D but probably not in 26.

I guess they decided that they liked how this weekend worked for them. I’m not sure if it will work for me, but I’d like it to.

I wonder if they’ve just decided that it’s not a good idea to overlap with the NYC marathon?

Since I am already doing Dumbo Double Dare in Jan/Feb, I was already planning W&D regardless of when it was but it is nice to have a solid date to block of my calendar rather than "probably Wine and Dine weekend".

I'm doing NYC next year so highly unlikely I will be able to make this weekend work as well since it's the weekend before and that's a lot of travel. We'll see what the themes are though, never say never hahaha
