Looking back in my training log, I did a lot with them in 2022 and 2023. (Helpfully I did label them as "Running Rewired" workouts, so you can search for them.)
I stopped with them in summer 2023, at that time largely just because I had travel, etc., and less time and then I was starting to train for a 50k. However, I will say that while the program was great
in principle, it was harder to implement in practice. They really want you to use quite a variety of equipment, and honestly, I HAVE a lot of exercise equipment, and still struggled to figure out how to do things.
As you progress, the various programs/stages can also be quite long and time-consuming, which I just didn't have time for with my current work and life schedule. I feel like the whole thing was more geared for someone doing this as a pro, and so they'd have all day for it. I might have worked harder to fit them in, but I'm not sure I felt like I was seeing many gains from them.
It's something I shelved until I "have more time", whenever that magical time is.
I hope you have good luck with them. I have anecdotally heard good things about people using the program in the book.
