2026 Star Wars Tickets and Who's Coming?

Thursday, April 30. I fly in on Tuesday but knew I'd be too tired that night. When are you going?
We fly in on the 28th and are trying for tickets that night. If not, then we are trying for tickets on the 30th.
Trying to figure out a costume for DD. I made a Rey costume for her a couple of years ago and she ended up not wearing it to Oogie Boogie. She thought it was “too much to work around.” In other words her neurodivergent self won. We still have the costume but she might decide to wear tan pants and a brown shirt and call it quits. She has a great carrier thingy for her light saber so that might be it.
We are staying at the Candy Cane as well. It is our favorite place.

DizMe! I didn’t realize you were going to be there as well. Hopefully we will see you.

I am kind of a stand out person. I am 6’2” and old. We will also be celebrating my 72nd birthday.

Today is the day for me getting our tickets! I am kind of anxious. I was awake at 3am MST. Hopefully we will get tickets. I have adjusted to either day being okay.

Not yet! I would love to just reuse one from last year but that's not usually how I do things...

Yay!!! I sure hope so!!! Where are you staying? I'm going with friends and one is a DVC member so we're staying at DLH.
CCI, of course...my home away from home!

Your gold C3PO outfit was so cute...I remember that one!

So stressed. I am so glad I logged in early because they started the queue at 8:45 PST. I logged in and joined the queue. I then logged in on my phone to join right at 9:00 PST. My phone was 1 minute behind my laptop. I waited about 13 minutes once things opened up. Bottom line: we got tickets for the 28th!!!!

We screwed up and got tickets for the wrong date, and Disnyeland won’t let us change it to 4/30 :( Not sure what to do with our vacation plans now, the flights and hotel were booked with the idea of doing LA stuff the first several days and then going over to Anaheim. Now we have too few days in LA, one too many in Anaheim, and our first time in Disneyland will be for the event.

Oh no! I'm so sorry! That is absolutely something I would do. But I'm sure you can get some good advice from locals on how to still make it a super fun trip. You can maybe visit some beaches, go to the Studios, etc. Don't despair!

Hey, we can be Mutt and Jeff. I'm short--not quite 5'2" and shrinking--and I am also feeling old as I just turned 70!

Glad you got your tickets! I always find those things so stressful. My heart pounds and my hands shake waiting for the moment :D

Are you flying in & out of LAX? Is so you could do the first few days in LA, like planned, move to Anaheim for the Disneyland portion and then go back to LA for the final day.

No, we are flying in LAX and out of SNA…I think maybe we will go to a beach literally south of Anaheim, or the garden just north of Disneyland. I have health issues that can affect memory and totally forgot we’d already done all that.

Will they release the entertainment schedule ahead of time? I already know from reading past reviews there’s absolutely no way I will be able to see all the characters, entertainment, and photo ops…def want to walk in with a plan.

What date are you going? Usually, someone will post their program right after the first event...but I would also search for last year's program as they usually dont change events much...even search for 2024 as Captain Phasma is back and they werent there last year (and were missed!). That parade occurs in Tomorrowland and is pretty cool! Another "don't miss" is the cantina band on the ROA...occurs several times during event, is short but so much fun to watch!

The first night, which is why I was hoping they release the schedule ahead of time so I don’t waste park time planning. Super excited to see Phasma, I don’t know if it was the same but before BSO opened at Hollywood she would march down the front of the park. Loved it.
