2026 MMB info Announced

anybody remember how much the MMB 5 day base weekday ticket was last year 2025?

I was on hold this morning 25 minutes (calling about something else ) - expected it after they were closed yesterday.

I called MS. Bonus OTUP is across all memberships. I gave the example of: If I called and purchased MMB and the bonus OTUP in Membership A and then my husband called and purchased MMB in Membership B and asked to purchase the bonus OTUP, would you look to see that I received the bonus OTUP in Membership A and decline his request for this in Membership B. Answer was Yes - - they would see all memberships and see that the bonus OTUP was already applied to one membership.

It is confusing that certain features of MMB are applied at the member level and other features are applied at the membership level.
Did they elaborate at all on this? I have no issues if they want to limit the BOGO points, but it would be nice if the rules were clear. The MMB terms currently refer to member for everything and not memberships. It would be easy enough for them to change the wording to include the limitation across all memberships if that was the actual rule they were following.

That is of course true - at least for the new pass

in 2025 it gave you $1079 / 75 points = $14.39 / point ($15.32 after tax)
in 2026 it will give you $1099 / 75 points = $14.65 / point ($15.61 after tax)

(I believe the renewal cost stayed the same at $929, so you're not getting more value for renewals this year vs last year)

Renewal value per point in 2025 and 2026: $929 / 65 points = $14.29 / point ($15.22 after tax)

But you'd probably be much less inclined to use use 75/65 points for a new/renewal annual pass if your dues spiked to $15/pt next year. Am I wrong?

Obviously an unrealistic number for WDW resorts, but it's for illustrative purposes.... I think the value that you get for the total dues paid still matters in the context of making the decision, even if you pay the dues regardless.

(On a side note, I suspect that those with Vero beach contracts that can be used for APs are also less inclined to do it than those with BLT or Poly contracts also due to the disparity in dues)

Reading through this today for a different reason but will respond on the Vero points:

Since I've got Vero points - only 50 of them - I have no problem using them.

My calculation is
1. book the vacations I want.
2. anything left over? if it's something I prefer to bank for next year, bank them! Always BWV points will be banked. hh points will be banked. VB and BCV - use anyway as I'm probably not worrying about booking them.
3. Calculate my entire amount of points at the average per point price. (I'm not selling. I'm not buying.
4. 51 points at average dues point cost plus 24 points at MMB cost.
5. If above is less than the going after tax rate for the Sorceror - BUY the pass! Don't care or need to mess with renting. I do a hodgepodge of banking and borrowing each year due to 11 month window needs. Almost always end up banking after it's all said and done.

This year a SPass using points would utilize/I think I mean cost approximately $275 less than the going rate for the DVC pass without MMB. But I don't need a pass for 2026 or 2027. Hopefully 2028's questionable math nets a decent deal.

Simplistic math, I know but it works for me, based on my usage and booking patterns.

I am sorry this happened to you. You could have even purchased the AP vouchers under different guests within My Disney Experience.

I have an alternate version of myself with my middle name in my profile where I store legacy tickets I don't want used since I don't trust the Guest Relations prioritization of tickets.

You can transfer vouchers and unused tickets between guests.
Good reason to not trust the system! I have a legacy ticket that I have to get fixed again.
1st time I had forgotten to make a park reservation and a cast member at the entrance grabbed my magic band and 'fixed' it for me. They found my legacy ticket instead of my active annual pass. GR fixed it for me. I notice it's reverted back to messed up. Will deal with it when I go again end of this month.

I like the 'other profile' idea but in my case I could have just reassigned it to my DD. Not sure I could move it again after that but I would be okay with it being used by her.

Not sure if it is the case in 2026, but in 2025 you could transfer the MMB Memory Maker benefit to someone else.
I think you can.

The reason I state this is because I called and bought 2026 MMB before Xmas for 2026.

Some time yesterday a second Memory Maker jumped into my account. Two different confirmation numbers.

I didn't use the 1st Memory Maker because my Incredipass already had full photo pass downloads. It still does until late February.

So currently I'm showing 3 'photo' products in my MDE. Both Memory Makers also have the downloads that should go with my annual pass and (maybe 2 dozen pictures) and they also both say reassignable or maybe it's assignable. I DL'd everything in there yesterday to my laptop. Three different 2025 trips so no 30 day stuff. I don't know if they will eventually disappear or what, I expected 2025's to be gone already.

I told the CM that I find the program to be confusing and silly. As an example - it is per member, meaning when I purchase it on a co-owned membership with my husband then he can't access the priority waitlist in the lounges if I am not there. In that example, he would have to also purchase MMB; however, if he purchases, he can't take advantage of the bonus OTUP if I already purchased them under our co-owned membership. The CM agreed and noted that we could each get the 30 day memory marker. I realize they are on recorded lines but I did get her to agree that this is silly and confusing when certain aspects of the program apply at the member level and others apply at the membership level.

I called asking if he could purchase the bonus OTUP if I had already purchased and the CM didn't have an immediate answer. She had to check with someone. I wonder what would have happened if he just called to purchase MMB and the OTUP at the same time.

From my conversations with MS:
- priority access at lounges and memory maker is per member meaning each member on a membership has to purchase
- Bonus OTUP is per membership meaning if each member on a membership purchases to take advantage of the benefits named above, only one member has access to the OTUP.
- I don't know how accessing the characters in the lounges works - per member or membership

Very very confusing. I would send an email directly to DVC inquiring and to get written clarification.
