Looking at the last week of January, and there is no availability at the allstars. Wonder if there is some big cheer or dance competition and they are holding rooms. We usually stay deluxe for 5 nights and then throw an allstar for 2 just to save some money. Guess we will just have to stay yacht club water view all week haha

Yes there are groups at the All Stars in January 2026 - Feb 8th. Here are the ones I know about.

Varsity Spirit - DII National School Spirit Championships: January 30 – February 1, 2026
Varsity Spirit - DI National School Spirit Championships: February 6 – 8, 2026

Also the Varsity - UCA College Nationals are January 16 - 18, 2026

Just a reminder the dates I listed are for the actual competition time-frames. Participants will be arriving before the competition dates and often stay 1-3 days after the events.

There is a cheer competition that weekend. You have the better end of the deal - haha.

I'm not sure how the cash inventory for DVC properties works. So it might be possible that they booked up within the first day....or they're partially gone for the days you're looking at.

You can only see cash DVC inventory at the 11 month mark, even for a cash stay.

Just for record keeping/historical purposes…

- This is now the second year in a row they’ve opened “through October” dates rather than the entire calendar year (I find this annoying personally, but whatever)
- Last year this announcement was 2/26/2024, following several years of it being +/- June

Does anyone have a recollection of how long there was between the Jan-Oct release and the Nov-Dec dates release last year? Hoping to lock in December dates soon. Thanks

They opened in October 22, 2024 for Nov - Dec 2025. I doubt you will be able to lock in December any time soon if they follow the new pattern.

Am I missing something? All 2 bedrooms and suites at Grand Floridian, Bay Lake Towers and Polynesian booked for early May 2026 in just 1 day? Do you think more rooms will be released later or is it really fully booked without any hope for getting a reservation over a year in advance?

I'm having the same problem as well. I can't find any deluxe rooms available & I've tried many dates...there's no way they are completely booked up already. Anyone know what is happening?

I wonder if "summer" will be like starting Memorial Day weekend or starting sometime in June. Hoping a late May trip will qualify.

I am planning a trip for April 2026 after doing two years in California, was hoping to take advantage of this benefit but unfortunately, maybe it won't be an option. Any chance they open it back up to beyond just summer? Were the waterparks crazy overcrowded from offering this perk in 2025?

Multiple reports of busy park and cars turned away on warm spring days. (Disney buses were still allowed in.) I don’t expect them to make the same mistake twice. They undoubtedly had to deal with many irate guests.

Summer is easier to staff lifeguards as college kids are out of school so both parks can no open to handle the demand.
