Found it, in the digital guide under the tile called EVENT WAIVERS....here what it says

Expo Check-In Pass

Your Expo Check-In Pass will be needed at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo to pick up your race bib. Your Expo Check-In Pass will be available to you on Monday, October 20th on your runDisney Account. Bring a printed or digital copy of your Expo Check-In Pass for each event you are participating in and a valid photo I.D. to the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo to pick up your race bib.

It’s usually a PDF attached to the receipt. You will need to scroll waaaaaaaay down, but it should be there.

It’s a huge week. Going to run the ATL10 miler tomorrow. Then home to pack for W&D weekend for all three races! The excitement and anxiety has started!

That merch video was interesting! My #1 request has always been for an actual runDisney, dri-fit RUNNING hat with a detailed Mickey embroider (not the current weirdly proportioned silhouette running Mickey blob)... not a baseball hat. It never happens. (All the current runDisney hats that I've seen are heavier, baseball-style, with that little button on the top - not running hats.)

I have an old, old white one from probably 15 years ago and every time I wear it at these races people stop me and ask me where I got it.... Hint hint, Disney merch people!

(Edit because I went down a personal tangent rabbit hole: This is the brand and style of my old white runDisney hat (although the mesh venting style has changed a bit vs my old one)! GO MAKE NEW ONES DISNEY lol)

Likewise, I'm a visor van and used to always buy the marathon weekend ones, but I haven't seen them since before the pandemic.

This is interesting: they just released the pacer… countries? Not releasing names beforehand. Pacers will be dressed like the flags of each country/continent, so I guess they’re easier to spot if you have someone in mind.

Thanks! I’m excited to know what I’m doing too My official training is over W&D weekend. I am tiny bit bummed I can’t run anymore, but I’m so very excited to support y’all. It was a great 10 years (!!!!) of running with Disney and I will be forever grateful for the friendships and connections I made. There is something absolutely special and magical when it comes to RunDisney with the community and support it brings. Lean on each other for support. Celebrate every step on that course. You can do hard things
