I'm happy that I got to experience EPCOT during MM earlier this year, and this is an excellent point. If riding Remy is on your list, it is a long distance from anything else; similar with Frozen, but it isn't quite as far away. World Showcase is shutdown and roped off between Norway & France, and I think that the only portion of World Showcase that is open is the rides (Remy, Frozen, 3 Caballeros -- I think). If you like the rides, yes, in that everything is standby so you can ride more than once if you'd like. Or you can focus on particular ones that are hard to get during normal hours. The issue with Epcot is that the attractions are so far apart, much of your time is spent walking from one to another, so you need to have a plan before you start!
And on the opposite side of the park from Remy, you do have a chance to do GotG multiple times, but expect each pass through to be at least 25-30 minutes with the line, the first preshow room, the second preshow room, the next line, and then finally the ride.
Later in the night at MM, I was able to do Frozen multiple times in a row as pretty much walk-ons.
