2025 Moonlight magic

I think we can make Epcot work! 😃
Before I try and convince my husband, is World Showcase/dining typically open for this? He likes to snack (and drink) around the world while we’re there.
The only after hours we’ve done is typhoon lagoon.
No, I'm sorry to tell you that usually only the rides are open. World Showcase is closed from Norway to France.

It usually is but ……
Event Date Limits
For the additional 3 dates in 2024 at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park (October 24, November 21 and December 10, 2024), Members are eligible to register for one of these extra event dates even if they have attended a Moonlight Magic event in 2024. Please check back for eligibility requirements for 2025 event dates.
Great point. In 2023 if you attended one of the previous two, you couldn't register for the 3rd that was added later.

Is this where you already have to have an existing reservation or if you can make one now? (I know the previews were where you had to have an existing reservation)
There are deadlines you need to have reservations made by.

For example, for the additional AKV weeks in 2024, you need a reservation made prior to September 15, 2024. Modifications to your Resort reservation party size after September 15, 2024, will not increase your party size for the event.

Boo!
Would you say it’s still worth it though? It’s my birthday week and figured it would be fun to go for just that to celebrate.

Did I miss something? When does registration start for the new 2024 events? Or have they not announced that yet?

EDIT: nevermind, it's listed under the individual park, i.e. AK.

Our trip dates happen to align! However, I am hoping to modify resorts at the 7-month mark. Would modifying resorts affect registration if I happen to get it?

We leave January 25th and there’s one on the 26th. Renting points this trip so I don’t think we’d be eligible anyway

Does your stay have to include the night of the event, or can the event night be on your check-out day?

I will be there Nov 21st, but have MVMCP Tix darnit!
Will also be there in January. I have been to a few before, but when I only had one room. There are 5 of us in 3 rooms, all on my points. Can I get tickets for 5, or do I need to put the other three people with middle names on my room reservation?
I have the same question, do we know for 100% that if I have one 2 bedroom (8 max) and one 1 bedroom (5 max) booked under my membership for a MM date, I should be able to enter 13 people on the prebook if I have 13 guests listed under the reservations, even if neither owner is listed on the second room reservation (cant list an owner on the 1 bed since they have 5 already unless we moved one to our res)?

Any thoughts on when registration may be? I'm hoping for the 5/20 Typhoon Lagoon night.

I would call MS just to be sure.

Assuming one of the rooms @elgerber reserved sleeps 5 it will be easier to just list 5 people in one room and then just not add that reservation # to MDE.

As long as your reservation number stays the same (the reservation is modified, changing one resort/dates for another) then you should be okay.

If you like the rides, yes, in that everything is standby so you can ride more than once if you'd like. Or you can focus on particular ones that are hard to get during normal hours. The issue with Epcot is that the attractions are so far apart, much of your time is spent walking from one to another, so you need to have a plan before you start!
