You actually should be ok to register. I have 2 use years (December -mix of direct and resale, February - all resale). For the March Epcot one this year, I was booked on the Feb resale only UY. I was able to book. I originally put in my direct member # and got an error so I went back and used my Feb member number and was able to book. Now, I guess they could change that, but my advice is to book with the UY that the reservation is under even if it is the resale only one. I believe the numbers are linked in the system and it does know you are the same person (I mean we use the same login and password for both accounts). The best bet is if you get the email the day before to register as it means DVC thinks you are eligible - I got one for the March date.

Why on room reservation? Infants don’t count against your heads as far as sleeping surfaces.

I have a question. I’ve read you can get in before the event actually starts. We don’t have park tickets for that day. So is the check in spot before the turnstiles? I’m just wondering how we would actually get in if the park is still open.

Yes, the primary check in location is outside of the theme park entrance. There will also be a secondary location inside the park for those already in the park.

Yeah, the reason for my question is so I don’t inadvertently request more tickets than I really need. It stinks when you’re DVC staying on points and you lose the lottery.

You can get into the "waiting room" as soon as the link becomes available. When the registration actually starts, you would automatically be transferred into the queue.

It has been years since our dates aligned with MM and we will be there December 10th. Does it matter when you enter the "waiting room" as long as it's before the queue opens? Is the number you are assigned in the queue random or is there something to do to get a lower number? I remember years ago it was a race to get in the queue at a certain time. Thank you in advance for any guidance.

Those in the "waiting room" prior to 11 am will be assigned a random number when transferred to the actual queue. Those that enter after 11 am are supposedly assigned higher numbers.

They typically send an email out a day before the early registration begins which will contain the link. They usually add a link the the MM event details page sometime between 9 am and 11 am on registration day. They don't send an email before general registration.
