Has anyone been able to book ground transportation for early 2025?

I had called to do it before and decided not to because it was pricier than expected, but I called to book today and they said it wasn’t available to book yet.

I actually just tried to do it online yesterday (for April 2025) and got an error page. I was going to call to ask about it but now I guess I'll wait a bit. I'm a newbie so I don't know how early ground transportation can usually be booked. Hopefully someone else can chime in with more info!

I tried to book for June 2025 and my travel agent said rates have not been released for 2025 and she’d let me know when it’s available to book.

Thank you! She said she wasn’t sure when they would show up so to just keep calling. Our sailing is in February so I really want to just get everything done, I feel like once we hit the holiday season it’s going to fly by.

Hopefully they’ll be able to be done online by then.

Consider us all newbies now. The price and booking had been steady for several years, it seems. And you could book it well in advance.

Last year, it was the same as the current situation. The theory was contracts had run out and negotiations weren’t complete. And then booking resumed - at a higher price. I wonder if this was a shorter contract and the price will again escalate?

The same thing happened last year. I added mine in October 2024 (based on my email records).

I am going on my first cruise in March and will be staying at one of the WDW resorts. Do resorts have transportation to the port or do I need to book them in advance in the DCL app?

DCL provides transportation from the WDW resorts to the port, but you need to contact DCL to add transportation to your reservation. You'll need to do this at least one week in advance of your cruise.

last time I added the resort transfers I used the contact us button on the website, and sent a message asking to have transfers added (X resort to PC Embarkation day, PC to Y resort on Disembarkation Day). I hate calling

So do I I was just hoping they could give me an actual date for it to open up, I’m hoping the website booking spot will work once it’s available.

Not yet. I’ve been asking on the chat weekly, they keep saying sometime this month but don’t give a date.

My TA also let me know it wasn't available yet a couple of days ago - our sailing is in January and we're already PIF so I'm not thrilled that we haven't been able to add it yet.

That is very frustrating. My sailing isn't until March so my PIF isn't until November so hopefully they will have made a decision by then.....Lets keep our fingers crossed.

I had a February 2024 sailing and it looks like I added the transfers October 5 2023. So they should be available shortly, probably around the time of Disney's new fiscal year.
