Has anyone on a 2025 sailing been able to add bus transfer from a wdw resort? I am on the treasure in January, but when I choose ground transportation it only offers from the airport, not a wdw resort. Has anyone done it online? Has anyone called and had it added?

I am worried that from 2025 they are no longer doing buses from wdw resorts to port canaveral. It says something about booking resort through DCL, I just booked our resort online through wdw.

My TA was able to add transportation from WDW (AKL) to the Port for us. Our sailing is in May.

Last year I booked my resort transfers through the help center/email us option. A form pops up where you input your name, what you're contacting them about, and your reservation number.

The in the text box I just put I was looking to book transfers from this resort to port and from port to resort.

ETA: This is also how I booked my pre cruise Hyatt stay this year. I refuse to call if I can get it done via email

Does anyone know what information you need when calling? Myself or my sister needs to call DCL at some point to add transportation for our April 2025 family cruise. It would be for my family, my sister's, and my dad. We have 3 separate cabins and are staying at AKL before the cruise (booked directly through WDW). I was able to book all of our cabins for us so I know DCL already has our reservations linked.

DCL provides transportation from the WDW resorts to the port, but you need to contact DCL to add transportation to your reservation. You'll need to do this at least one week in advance of your cruise.

Provides for a fee just to be extra clear.

(Not critiquing that they charge for it. I just wouldn't want someone to read "provides transportation" and think it's at no charge.)

Besides the cruise reservation numbers...

If you're going from the WDW resort you need where you're staying (and maybe the confirmation numbers) that you'll be leaving from - so in your case they'll need the AKL info since that would be your pick up.

If you're returning to WDW I think you can just tell them that and which resort.

If you're returning to MCO you'll need the flight information so they can ensure you meet the qualifications time-wise.

Just added the Hyatt to Port Canaveral transfer for our March 15th cruise on the Treasure next year, using chat. I'm already too excited! It's going to be a long 155 days...

I did it through the chat. Took only a few minutes. Painless. Being picked up at WDW, returning after to MCO.

I take it that is one way. I paid 180 for 2 round trip for April 2025 airport to port.

Actually did chat again, and in fact I had only booked one way transportation. The return was an additional 180.

So, keep that in mind when using the chat or calling: be very explicit that you want round trip! That could have been a real problem, thanks again to bringing it to my attention.

I think if you look at the balance, there's a detailed summary with additional items. That's where I see the charges for my Hyatt reservation.

ETA: There's a ground transfer line item in the summary of charges. But I have no idea if the view is different if you have a TA?

If you use a TA, the only thing you'll see in the app is that Ground Transportation has been added. It, unfortunately, won't give you any more details than that. You would have to have your TA provide you with that. My TA provided me with a screenshot confirmation that it was added, which showed the hotel names for pickup/drop-off.
I wish Disney would trust us with being able to see that information ourselves through the app, but for some reason, they don't.

Upon further review...I found the ground transportation......it simply said purchased. At what point will they let me know what time the bus to the ship will be? And as far as catching the bus to the airport....is that time assigned? Is there some leeway if your flight is later in the day....what time ya have to be off the ship?
