2025 Goals

great going!!! so is getting that hot water tank and those pipes insulated next on your to-do list? it's unseasonably hot where I live but I know we could see the white stuff falling from the sky by end of next month so we are on a mission to take advantage of some upcoming cooler weather to 'get er done' on our annual winterizing projects.

Yes it is the next job on the list, it just one of those items I keep putting off until a cooler or rainy day and not have to do something else for anybody else. I really want ot have it done by end of Sept! We shall see :)

comicguy i've thought about you over the past couple of weeks. we got our first freezes of the year (and snow on the mountains we can see from our backyard). have you insulated those pipes yet???? we ended up bumping our sprinkler blow-out ahead by 2 weeks and will be putting on the outdoor faucet covers soon.

2000 / 2000 will mark ths as completed as we moved up the purchase of the new car by about 9 months because we got the trade in value we wanted and the price of the new car was lower than anticipated with a lower intrest rate, Had to move some money around to make it happen but it works, so that is what was important!
