How is everyone’s garden doing?

It has been a difficult garden year. I think the early heat and then torrential downpours was too much for my plants. My sweet100s are doing great, but they can handle anything it seems. I'm still hopeful that my green beans will produce. Thankfully, I found a great produce stand and have canned /froze quite a bit from their sales.

Fun to see this thread pop up again.
For us in So Cal, this has been a crazy difficult gardening summer. It's been too hot! I've been throwing shade cloth around and dealing with pests all summer. The plants are stressed and so the bugs move in.
The jalapeño peppers have been happy, happy though. They like the heat. I have lots of jars of pepper jelly on the shelf and we've been eating lots of Mexican restaurant style hot spicy carrots. They're good!
