You can pay anytime online. We pay monthly with a US bamk account. If wanting to pay full amount you should be able anytime

There's a notification on the member website that says they will be posted on or after 12/18.

And you should not pay them based on the 2024 budget you received, but instead wait for the actual billing that will be posted on or after 12/18. That is because the actual bill will depend on whether there is a needed increase or decrease to the budget based on actual 2023 property taxes paid -- if you paid too much the bill for 2024 will reflect a lower payment than the 2024 budget, and if you paid too little, the actual dues will be higher than the budget. The difference is usually not very much but there is often a difference between the budget and what you actually have to pay.

Thank you! I want to start paying but by the month. Last time I paid before they were posted, I was still left with the next month to pay, where as after posting, it projected my balances per contract into the future which is what I'd prefer.

Posted....and paid!! OUCH!!
