2024 Dues. First hint?

I just received a mailing from “Disney Vacation Coub Hawai’i Management Company” which seems to indicate 2024 Aulani dues will be $9.7620. This would be a 6.8% increase. At least i think I’m reading that correctly. I’m not sure why they sent this. Maybe Hawaii regulations require it but I did not receive anything similar from my Vero or AKL contracts. Have there been any other indications of 2024 dues yet?

Then if its from them it is most likely the new budget. But www.dvcnews.com will usually post the info when its known for all resorts.

My (admittedly dim) recollection of the 2024 MF threads on TUG is that a lot of increases are coming in much higher. Some of those are in Florida, where the requirement to fully fund structural reserves is starting to take effect. But, several others were in Hawaii.

Um, yeah. Like, a lot, I think. I noticed a bump on one site already this past month, guessing in anticipation of annual dues coming out. Site was holding steady around 450 for months and then went up to 530ish. Granted, not a massive increase, but it was creeping up. That FL fully-funded thing may be a bigger deal than expected.

This is reassuring (as a VGF & BCV owner) that the new Florida time share rules I’ve heard mentioned around here aren’t likely to have an enormous impact.
