You can call Disney directly and book a room only reservation for 2023, otherwise packages for 2023 are available to book around June they are saying.

Package reservations typically are released by the end of June. However, they will still only book up to 500 days from your arrival date. So depending on when in November you are planning to go, these dates may not be available until sometime in July.

Yeah, it’s a rolling 499 days/500 days from check in or check out (Disney has tinkered with these specifics over time, frankly not sure where things are at the moment, although I think it’s 500 days from check in, but don’t have some that as fact). So that’s why they told you August.

Better than calling Disney is to call a Disney TA. I’m sure they would be happy to monitor for when to book and costs you nothing.

Supporting them after a rough couple of years for travel is a good idea.
