2022 canceled tv shows

I'm bummed that Mr. Mayor is cancelled. It's so much better than some other shows that have been renewed.
I watch very little tv for this reason. It seems like any show I like gets cancelled after a season or two. Others go on forever. I watch mostly sports, and watch some shows on streaming services. I do have a couple network shows I watch but I don’t really get into any of the newer ones because I just know the ones I like will be cancelled soon.

Nothing I watch is canceled - that makes me happy 🙂👍🏻

Some of them I have stopped watching anyway so I’m good .

We knew Bull was ending.
I do watch Charmed, but I am okay not watching it.
I don't watch any of the others

Sad to see Magnum PI go. I like watching shows filmed in Hawaii. I like being able to recognize where they are filming.
I was a huge fan of the original - the remake seemed so lame, so I'm not surprised it tanked. Not sure why there's no imagination left in Hollywood? I agree that it was fun to see locales I could identify, but it was sad to see the area that used to be where I interned turned into a parking lot/junk/storage yard.

Will miss Black-ish, but really enjoyed the final episodes. I love a good, planned series finale. IT's awful when something gets cancelled w/o a proper wrap up. Have loved This is Us, and while sad to see it end, have really enjoyed this season. Only 2 more episodes, and ready with the tissues!

Bull was good when it first started, but they seemed to run out of new ideas for storylines. I assume when he left NCIS he wanted to be the star of his own show. Most detective/police/crime shows are fun to watch when you can try to figure it out as you watch. With Bull it always seemed like in the last 15 minutes there was some unexpected twist that made his client not guilty. I think the formula just got old after a few seasons.

I would imagine for shows like Magnum it gets pricey filming on location and that is part of why it got cancelled. It was also a remake of the original and sometimes that doesn't pan out so well. Watched part of a few episodes of How We Roll supposedly based on someone who is a pro bowler. Seemed like a low budget show with clumsy dialog from little known actors. Not surprised it got chopped.

Many of the other shows I have never heard of so can't say I will miss any of them. I have no interest in any of the many 'reality' shows where we get to watch some self-absorbed family create drama and argue with each other. Likely the show producers hype up the phony drama to create interest.

I too am sad about some of the shows. Especially Magnum PI (I love Hawaii based shows, except for NCIS Hawaii)--They just got Higgie and Magnum together in last week's episode, so I kind of figured it was another doomed show.--I was really sad when Hawaii 5-O was cancelled last season. I needed my weekly fix of Alex O'Loughlin eye candy, lol! I bought every season of the show on dvd so I can still watch whenever I want.

I am also sad about The Big Leap, I loved that show. Hubby is sad that Bull is ending, but like someone else said..it's gotten pretty lame the last couple of years. Sad that This is Us is almost over, but we all knew it was coming, and at least they are wrapping up all the loose ends with the storyline.

He will also miss Good Sam, but I won't. I couldn't stand the constant father/daughter bickering that went on. Hubby will also miss Seal Team (I am not adding anymore streaming services) and The Endgame
I loved United States of Al..it made me laugh so hard. I liked Mr Mayor the first season, cannot stand it this season, so won't miss it.

The remake got better as the episodes went on. It is always jaring when characters you new and loved come back to life in a very different fashion. In the end I enjoyed both the old and the new just as much.

I was disappointed that Robins Nest was not a real place in this version. I really enjoyed getting to swim in Robin's turtle pond from the original series on my first trip to Hawaii.

I was shocked when I read about this yesterday. I liked the show.

Completely agree!!!! :lovestruc
Hubby will also miss Seal Team
I was not happy last season when they moved it to Paramount. I heard that it was either move or cancel it.

Agree. Last season I thought it was really funny, this season it just seems like everyone is so dumb, and I can't stand Holly Hunter's character.
