Why are these thread no longer stickies? They used to be. Not for years past but for the most recent release of future dates, it had been there for years.

Another great source for historical pricing is Touring Plan's fare tracker (no subscription necessary) https://touringplans.com/disney-cruise-line/tools/fare-tracker.

Sometimes it's a little tricky to find the exact itinerary you are looking for, but once you do it allows you to specify different combinations of passengers, then shows you the pricing history from opening day until the present. It gives you a good idea of how quickly certain itineraries shoot up in price (and how some do not).
