2019 Memory Maker Booked With Package Not Showing on MDE

Purchased Memory Maker with our 2019 package, but it is not showing on my MDE account (neither the website or the app). I click the link to 'link Memory Maker to my account', but when I go through all the motions, it says that the reservation is already linked. But still, no Memory Maker. Anyone else having a similar issue?

Best thing is to phone and get a CM to do it for you.

I had the same problem. I booked the day packages were released. Have made numerous phone calls with lots of people supposed to be working on it and getting back to me. No one ever did. They all said they had issues on the day when packages were released. Not what they probably wanted me to do but got tired of the run around so canceled the trip. When I went in to cancel it just sat there spinning and wouldn't do anything. Ended up calling and they said my reservation had been corrupted some how. Said that was probably my issue. So after I cancelled I rebooked and I now have memory maker showing up.
