2019 Dining Plan...only allowed one drink? Soda, tea etc...

I just looked at the dining plan through the link Disney sent today. Does this mean when we are eating at whispering Canyon or Ohana or Liberty Tree or wherever we can only have one iced tea or soda and it is not unlimited refills during the meal?

This is what it says:

Each Table-Service meal includes (for lunch or dinner):

• 1 Entrée
• 1 Dessert*
• Nonalcoholic Beverage (or Alcoholic Beverage, for Guests 21 and older)

-OR-

• 1 Full Buffet** or Family-Style Meal

*Ask your server about potential substitutions, but substitutions are not guaranteed. **If available.

Beverages:
Guests under 21 years of age can choose one nonalcoholic beverage (including specialty beverages where offered). Guests 21 and older can choose either one nonalcoholic beverage (including specialty beverages where offered) or one single-serving mixed cocktail, beer or wine (where offered) within their meal entitlement. A single-serving nonalcoholic beverage includes items such as:

• Artisanal Milkshakes
• Fresh Smoothies
• Premium Hot Chocolate
• Soda, Coffee or Tea

A single-serving alcoholic beverage includes items such as:

• Beer or Cider
• Wine or Sangria
• Mixed Drinks and Specialty Cocktails

Soda, coffee, and tea drinkers will still enjoy free refills, just like always.

The specialty and alcoholic drinks will not get refills...outside of places that advertise "bottomless" milkshakes, like Wilderness Canyon.

Basically, if it gets free refills if you pay out of pocket, you get free refills if you get it on the dining plan.
