I'm having an issue linking my 2017 Military salute the troops 5-day park hopper ticket.
I purchased it from my military ticket office. When I try to link the ticket to my account, the error message is that the ticket number needs to be 10, 12, 17 or 20 characters long (this ticket is 18 characters). I have used the scanner option as well as typing it in manually. I can link my friends 4 day ticket with no problem.
I called Disney and they are not sure why this ticket isn't loading and I am now in the "we will get back to you" mode.
