Okay, so the 9am start time is throwing me off a little. Since the lines are already open, should the game plan change for calling in? Are you hitting the dial button at 9 sharp, or calling in 5-10 minutes early, assuming there'll be a little hold, to get to a person by 9?

Agreed - it is really weird to call when the lines are already open. I called with the idea of getting into queue and got right through.

I'm taking my friend for her first F&W festival and she has decided that we are going to try the "Mix it, Make it, Celebrate it" event on our last day of vacation...Thursday, October 19. After that, I have to try to book us for the Member Beverage Tasting Series at TOTWL at 5pm the same night. She really wants to end this trip on a high note.

We got the "Mix it, Make it", but as I suspected, the Member event was full since it has been open for booking for quite a while now.

ETA: At 9:02 told my wait would be less than 6 minutes.

I got in with no wait 3 mins before 9. Got my What's cooking with Graham Elliot for Sept.29 told them I was DVC but they didn't ask for no info. Weird.. Good luck everyone.

I saw you comment and hadn't gotten a time estimate yet, so figured I was not in good shape. But just got an estimate of 'less than 6 minutes'! I don't want to get my hopes up, but if that's true, a bad morning just got great

Called at 8:58 AM...music stopped and they asked me to do the survey and hung up. Called back and got the busy signal. Finally got through, now a 15 minute wait. Fingers crossed I can get everything!

I called at 8:59 and it was 9:00 when I got through. I got 11 minute wait time quote so I'm waiting. Husband is on the other phone and called a minute after me. He has been getting all circuits busy and it still trying to get in.
