I got right through at 9, it said less than 5 minutes wait time. 9:13 now and I'm still on hold.

I am being told if you are DVC, you must call Member services. They cannot process DVC thru Disney Dining.

Husband got through on the second phone and hold time is "more than 30 minutes." I don't care, he isn't hanging up until I get through and we are booked!

I just heard about the Member Tasting... how do you book those?

It's booked through Member Services. The one I tried to book was already full, but it is the last one they are offering and it has already been open for booking for a few weeks now.

I got through right away - the CM asked for my DVC membership number in addition to my reservation number. It took about 12 minutes in total and she had minimal difficulty finding the events which was an improvement over last year. We booked What's Cookin with (10/22), Mediterranean Food and Wine Pairing, and Citrico's Brunch without an issue.

Be ready with your DVC member number!

I called at 8:30 thinking I'd be on hold for a bit, but someone picked right up. She said booking doesn't open til 9, so I was going to call back. While I had her on the phone, I had a couple of questions about other reservations. Very conveniently, it took right around a half an hour for her to get an answer for me. So when we finished that and she asked if there was anything else I needed, and I said "Well, it's after 9 now, can you help with my F&W now?" Worked out pretty well. Got all the reservations we wanted.

Mine didn't want any of my DVC info. I called the regular fest number. Got my what's cooking with Robert Irvine oct 20, she's having trouble finding the tequila lunch on oct 12.

I didn't have to give the numbers - she found it through my disney experience account

Mrs. Beerman just got seven events booked through the DVC number, still on hold on the FEST number. CM didn't know anything about special DVC wine glass for PFTS. Not hanging up until she secures those confirmation numbers.
