2017 Credits showing up N/A

Silly question, was looking at the credits req for our ADR's in august, and we noticed that the 2017 chart below the 2016 listings has most of the plans listed as N/A.

Is this common b/c it is too far out, or are they planning on changing the dining plan around?

Also noticed (as an FYI) that the Tusker House Lunch and Dinner are listed as 2 credits?? Is this new?

First problem would be that Disney has not released packages for 2017. Once they do, this should update.
