I've been trying to price out rates for 2016, as I had to cancel what we had booked for this year (insert extreme sad face here!!!!)...

Am I missing something? Nothing is showing as available for December 2016. When do they open rooms for next year?

499 days ahead. I think right now it's up to some time in late November. I believe your whole stay has to be within the 499 days.

Awesome, thank you. I figured that had to be it, but I wasn't sure. I'm so bummed because next year DD will be 3, and it gets a whole lot more expensive! But DH is starting a new job and won't have the vacation time to go this year. Unless I can squeeze something in early 2016 before she turns 3!

Glad I could help :)

I have always wanted to stay at the Grand Floridian ever since the first time I saw it. Hoping to do so in January 2016 during "value" season, talk about "sticker shock" :scared:.

Oooof!! Yea, I need to hit the lottery if we're ever going to stay there!!

My God, the prices are INSANE!!!

Those are full rack rates. Will be some time before discounts are available, but that will help with the sticker shock.

In 2014 the last quarter RO discounts were 15-30% and in 2015 they dropped to 10-25% off, 2015 Free Dining rooms seemed to be more limited and selling out fast, and for me I found AP discounted rooms much harder to get this year. Given these new 2016 rates and the trend to reduce discounts ..... onsite trips are going to need bigger budgets.
