2016 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival: September 14 - November 14, 2016

AP glass

Pretty easy to pick up once you find the entrance to the area, it's sort of hidden with not a huge sign. Just get your MB scanned, show your AP and ID and pick it up. There was no one else there when I picked mine up.

Is the F&W logo etched into the bottom?

Just finished my analysis (what else would I be doing at work on a Friday?), and if you were to buy one of everything (not including the unique offerings at the permanent locations like Joffrey's) you would spend approximately $130 less than last year.

I think much of this comes from the reduced size of some drinks, which now cost less because of that, and fewer offerings. Food price increases were not across the board, and were typically $0.25 to $0.50 per item. The oddballs were the salmon potato pancake in Scotland increasing $0.75 and the replacement items Smoked Beef Brisket in Hops & Barley, a $1.00 increase over the replaced item, and Pork Tenderloin at the Wine & Dine Studio, a $1.50 increase of its replaced item.

The monumental increases in cost came from alcoholic drinks. Being an optimist, I'm hoping this is because there was a monumental increase in quality.

And on that optimistic note, prices decreased for MMMhops, Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Rose, and Fielding Estate Red Conception. Other reduction were attributable to decreases in service size.

I apologize if someone already replied to this (or multiple times) but I am in a bit of a rush and can't read through the last few pages I've missed.

But am I to understand that the prices listed on the F&W menus are including tax or is tax extra?

again, My apologies!

In previous festivals, it included tax. So I expect it to be the same this year.

It's included.

Sorry for veering slightly off-topic, but has anyone heard whether the Chase Lounge will offer the Animation Academy-type drawing class again this year? If so, is it at regular intervals/certain times of the day?

When you mention gift cards, do you mean Disney gift cards? Where do you buy them?

I buy my Disney gift cards at BJs. I can get a $100 card for $96. Not that much of a savings, but when you buy 17 of them per trip, it's almost $70 extra I have to spend.

We went today and used a QS credit for 3 items with no problem. We did it in France and China at the booths.

Update: Today we could NOT use a quick service credit at the Caribbean booth for 3 items. We had to use snack credits. They were very apologetic and said that for some reason their computers wouldn't let them do it. They said it should work at all the other booths.
The mojo pork was awesome though, totally worth it!

You didn't happen to ask about the preferred seating for the Eat to the Beat concerts? I still have not seen any confirmation that they are or not are being offered this year. Thanks!

Did they have illuminations wrist bands too or just ettb?

1. They are offering ETTB wristbands to Disney Chase holders. She said they start handing them out at 11 and they go quick.
2. Illuminations: same as above except anybody in the lounge can get them, not just Disney Chase holders.
3. No. Boo!
