It's great to see all the menus, after months of planning with partial info. I'm pretty disappointed with the gluten-free options, I have to say. Several items that I hoped would be gluten free based on the description, ingredients and preview photo ended up not being gluten free for reasons that are pretty mysterious to me. Like, hummus fries in Morroco, a scallop over celery root purée, and everything at Intermissions Cafe. How do you add wheat to a fruit and cheese plate? Grrr. I'm not GF but my wife is, and she's also mostly vegetarian. I anticipate she will be eating lots of salads and desserts and will probably not be willing to try F&W with me again.
