Nope.

During the holidays around the world, a flyer was issued that gave the dates as September 23-November 14. But the website still says no dates yet. And they have been changed before. At this time the only certainty is the half marathon weekend which will be November 5-6.

We aren't arriving until the 12th so was hoping it would run sooner. As it stands it will still be going on the day of November 14? Thank you!

Nothing stands until Disney posts official dates. Even then, they might be changed later. The ONLY certainty at this time is the date of the half marathon weekend. However, if you are looking to avoid the festival, you may at this time wish to plan parks other than Epcot on the 12th, 13th and 14th.
