2016 Bounceback Offers

We are headed down November 11 and hoping to book a bouceback room only for March/April 2016. If there is a room only discount offered do you need to purchase park tickets to take advantage? We have annual passes so we wouldn't be. Thank you!

Honestly, all of this makes my head spin. lol. We are staying at POP at the end October. From what I have read, I am guessing we should be able to book a RO BB offer at that time for 2016. It looks like past RO offers have had quite a few Black out dates. Are they usually summer dates? We are hoping to return next summer with the family.

I was just at WDW and booked a free dining bounceback for 2016. We chose Art of Animation Nemo Suites for our return trip. When I look at the reservation now, I see we have the regular dining plan rather than the quick service plan. Any idea why? Is the bounceback offer different from the regular free dining offer? I always understood that value resort stays received the quick service plan unless paying for an upgrade to regular. I'm afraid this was a mistake and so I hesitate to call for clarification for fear we'll lose the regular dining and be stuck with quick service instead.

If you were charged to upgrade to regular DDP from QS, it would have added $576.38, so your total would have been $5,488.40 or around there (I'm assuming the upgrade price for 2015 will be about the same as 2016).

Did you get some pixie dust or did they upgrade you without you asking?

Yeah, after I wrote that I went incognito and did a dummy reservation and took it all the way to the point of entering my payment information and the price didn't change. Looks like they upgraded my dining without asking what I wanted. I'll have to fix it later.

We have never booked a bounce back before. 2 questions, is there a way to know how much it is to upgrade a value (pop) to the one sit down dining plan? We have 2 adults and 2 kids for 6 nights. Next question, we are going to book 2 rooms, one with my Husband's name for our friends to join us, he has to stay on their room then if I understand correctly, so we will put their husband on my room. Can we just have the husbands switch magic bands when we get there so they are doing stuff with the right family and room? For example Marty is my DH he will wear Camerons magic band because Cameron is listed on my room.

I ran a dummy reservation and it looks like the cost to upgrade to the regular dining plan will be $269.88. I assumed that both of your children are under age 10. But your CM will be able to tell you the exact difference.

I've been told that you can have them switch the guests into the spouses' rooms when you check into the resort. I hope this is true because right now I am listed in my son's room but plan to stay in my husband's room.

When booking a bb, you can only book the number of rooms as there are adults currently in your party, right? This year we're taking 3 adults, but next year we have a larger group and want five rooms. No chance of putting kids' names on rooms? Booking two rooms per adult?

3 night minimum stay, and minimum 2 day hopper or WP&M ticket required. Some values also included. POFQ, Movies and AoA LM rooms excluded as well as the usual exclusions (campsites some villas, etc.)
