2016 Annual Dues Notices Released

Then if DVC is paying for any of the actual boardwalk should they not also be getting rent or part of the revenue of the games that are located in front of BWV if we're paying for the 'land' that they are using?

I don't think DVC is paying anything for the boardwalk itself. It would have had to be in the paperwork as a shared ammenity, like the pool.

Interesting that for the first time VWL is higher than BWV. AKV passed BWV last year.

I imagine anything built on top of the water is going to be expensive to maintain.

I don't have the data in front of me, but I thought the insurance was high at PVB compared to many other resorts.

Any insurance company who didn't charge an arm and a leg for anything built on (or very close to) water in Florida wouldn't be a very good insurance company. Plenty of insurance companies miscalculated rates from some big hurricanes over the last decade.

Just sent Wil (wdrl) and DVC Mike the infomation on PVB.
$6.0937 per point

I believe that is slightly under a 1.02% increase.

I'm surprised SSR has gone up so much, is there a planned refurbishment coming up?
Per DVC Mike's breakdown, http://www.disboards.com/threads/20...riving-the-increases-for-each-resort.3462450/
SSR had the largest housekeeping increase (from $.77 to $.92/point). This housekeeping increase accounts for 50% of SSR's dues increase.

SSR still has the 2nd lowest housekeeping total (including cheaper than OKW).

I'm not sure if SSR is actually using more housekeeping ...
Or did Disney think they should charge more for housekeeping because they can?
