2015 Room-Only Rate Question

We called yesterday to book a room at the Polynesian club level. We mentioned that we knew the room rates for 2015 were not out and that was when the CM told us that they were but only for room-only bookings. Would this be possible for the 2015 rates to be out this early?

When I booked for Jan 2015, I was told the rates weren't out, so the rate they were quoting was the highest 2014 rate.... Took a leap that the actual rates will be (quite a bot) lower.
